We do not accept returns unless faulty goods have been received.
To report any damages please do so with your order reference and photographic proof of damage and original packaging and send to: email@example.com
Once you have reported the damage/fault and have agreed a collection day and whether you would like a credit, refund or replacement, we will uplift it using our courier on the day requested before 4pm. Please use the original packaging to re-package the item and package it as best you can and address it to our main warehouse address:

We will then do the rest and confirm by either email or telephone. If your item is faulty we will provide an uplift and replacement free of charge.
