About artist Paul Jenkins

Paul hails from the West Midlands and attended Dudley College of Art. He initially worked in wood before moving on to ceramics and bronze and his sculptures are inspired by his love of the British countryside and its wildlife. Much of Paul's work is crafted following direct observation of the subjects in their natural habitat.

Bronze has a timeless feel and tactile nature that always appeals. It is the ideal medium for small studies as it perfectly highlights texture and the tiniest details, enabling the sculptor, like Paul to capture the essence of their subject.
