General Delivery Information
When ordering please give us as much information as possible.
For example: a suitable delivery day, if the items need to be delivered to your neighbour/work or even some directions if it's difficult to find. It is always helpful to know if the item is for a gift and whether you need the item delivered by a certain date - If we don’t know we can’t help.
Please provide a mobile number and email address so we can contact you if needed.
Small and Medium Sculpture
Please allow 3-5 days - Sent via DPD Next Day Delivery Service - You will be sent a text and/or email with details how you can track your order. You can also change the delivery slot, as well as leave the item in a safe place or with a neighbour. It is advisable to avoid leaving perishable goods outside.
Large and Fragile Sculpture
Please allow 3-5 days for delivery - For fragile items and large sculpture we use both DPD and TNT but may sometimes use a fragile carrier for orders within the UK. When your order has been confirmed with the courier, we will notify you of the delivery day. If we use a fragile courier, sometimes this can be between 2 days at busy times.
For international orders your sculpture will be sent via TNT. Please bear with us while we arrange for packing items. Usually this can take around 2-3 working days. Once the shipment is ready for dispatch you will be notified via email with tracking details.
Returns can be initiated within 14 days of goods recieved. Items must be returned unopened, in their original packaging and returned at your cost.
It is very important, particularly with more fragile items that you do not disturb the contents of the package. Because of the fragile nature of sculptures the chances of sending your return back to us successfully without damage is small. It is therefore in your best interests to make sure that you will not need to return the item.

How can I return an item which has been damaged in transit?
If your order or part of your order needs to be returned due to damage in transit, please contact us as soon as possible (WITHIN 1 DAY OF RECEIPT OF GOODS) and we will arrange a suitable date and time to collect the piece. The item will need to be wrapped in the original packaging.
(Please note: our delivery service cannot collect and return it to us without this original external packaging). If the original packaging is not available we cannot accept returns due to the extremely fragile nature of our products. This is consistent with our in-store terms and conditions.
To report any damages please do so with your order reference and photographic proof of damage and original packaging and send to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Once you have reported the damage or return, please download a returns form here: Returns Form
Include it with the package so that we can identify who the retrun is from. If you do not have the facility to print, please write a note with all of the relevant details and include it within the parcel.
Once you have have agreed a collection day and whether you would like a refund or replacement, we will uplift it using our courier on the day requested. Please use the original packaging to re-package the item and package it as best you can and address it to our main warehouse address below.
We will then do the rest and confirm by either email or telephone. If your item is faulty we will provide an uplift and replacement free of charge.
Any items accepted for return must be sent back in original packaging and condition. We do not accept returns for items which are due to your misjudgement or if it is the wrong item ordered.

If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are sent back at the customer's expense in new resaleable condition within 7 working days along with the original receipt. We will not accept orders where the original packaging is not intact and has been removed. We also cannot accept returns where the item has been used, displayed or hung on the wall.
Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods and checked the packaging and contents. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge. Refunds are processed within 14 days of goods received back to our warehouse or when order was cancelled.
Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded free of charge.
Some items are not available to be returned unless faulty. International shipments are not accepted for return unless faulty goods have been received.
