For more than four decades, Artisan House's vibrant, versatile designs have been recognized as multi-dimensional "metalworks of art." In 1964, partners Jerry Fels and Kurt Freiler branched out into the specialized world of metal art. Previously, Fels operated Renoir of California – a jewelry house that designed and produced collections of copper jewelry. It is a combination of Fels and Freiler's names that make up the signature C. Jere that marks every Artisan House sculpture.
Over the decades, Artisan House's products have evolved from smaller representational sculptures like trees, branches and small scenes to larger-scale artwork that is contemporary, trendy or traditional in style.

Orders to UK Highlands and Islands and International orders are subject to delivery charges which can be viewed on the Basket page.
It is advisable to check stock before ordering to avoid disappointment.
When ordering please give us as much information as possible. For example: a suitable delivery day, if the items need to be delivered to your neighbour/work or even some directions if it's difficult to find.
Our preferred delivery partner for all UK deliveries is TNT. Please provide a mobile number and/or email address and you will be contacted when the parcel is collected from our warehouse. You will also be provided with a delivery slot where you will be ale to re-schedule via email or text. Most of our items available are 'In Stock' but our stock changes daily. Delivery from our suppliers varies and can be up to 3 weeks depending on availability. Some of our supplies send directly to our customers for us saving time and is depending on availability. Most items are generally in stock with us or our suppliers but at busy times this can change. If the item is displayed as 'Available to Order' we will confirm availability within 24hrs of placing order.
Please be aware that our stock changes daily, sometimes by the hour depending on demand and we will always do our utmost to get the order to you as soon as we possibly can. Because of the demand of our items and lead time for delivery from the supplier, stock can run out, if you require the item quickly please email or call us to avoid disappointment.
If the order has been despatched and you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will post a card to offer you a collection from a local collection point.
If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred. Our delivery partner and Royal Mail only keep items for up to 14 days - after this time new postage charges will be incurred if you would like the item(s) re-sent.
All quoted delivery prices and free delivery are for most UK addresses. Some areas will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays; morning and Saturday deliveries are optional depending on area and will also incur additional charges.
Receiving Your Item
When receiving your parcel please mark the item as 'UNCHECKED' in case of any internal damage or if there is any apparent damage to the outside of the parcel. It is recommended to check the contents before signing for the parcel.
**If the contents are damaged, please notify us within 3 days**
All parcels are sent fully insured.

Naturally we will try and get your order to you as soon as possible. Dates below relate to 'In Stock' items.
Small Sculptures (low value)
Smaller sculptures and low value (up to £100.00) are usually sent Royal Mail 1st Class or Special Delivery.
1-2 working days
Medium Sculptures & Mid Value
Mid size sculptures (up to £1,000) are sent via courier on a next day service.
2-3 working days
Large Sculptures & High Value
Large size sculptures (over £1,000) are sent via fragile courier or hand delivered by one of our staff.
7-10 working days

We will endeavour to meet all special requests for deliveries however it may not always be possible due to our Courier's own policies.
Any orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be sent as soon as possible and items ordered after that time or at the weekend will be sent at the beginning of the next working day (except Mondays). We will try our best to get your items out sooner but this depends on how busy we are.
PLEASE READ - Do not sign for goods if you are unsure of the condition of the goods inside. When receiving your order please check the goods on delivery or mark the consignment note as **goods unchecked**
If an item looks damaged then it should be refused. DO NOT SIGN FOR DAMAGED BOXES OR MAIL BAGS. Failure to follow these instructions could mean that you end up with a damaged item and be unable to claim for them. The signature box that the driver will be asking you to sign confirms that you are happy with the condition please mark it as DAMAGED PACKAGE if there is any sign of damage to the outer packaging at all. Goods should always be checked in front of the delivery representative.
We do not accept returns unless faulty goods have been received.
To report any damages please do so with your order reference and photographic proof of damage and original packaging and send to: email@example.com
Once you have reported the damage/fault and have agreed a collection day and whether you would like a credit, refund or replacement, we will uplift it using our courier on the day requested before 4pm. Please use the original packaging to re-package the item and package it as best you can and address it to our main warehouse address:
