Free UK mainland delivery on all Orders!
When ordering please give us as much information as possible.
For example: a suitable delivery day, if the items need to be delivered to your neighbour/work or even some directions if it's difficult to find. It is always helpful to know if the item is for a gift and whether you need the item delivered by a certain date - If we don’t know we can’t help.
Please provide a mobile number and email address so we can contact you if needed.
Stock Availability
Most of our Art and Sculpture available are 'In Stock' but our stock changes daily.
If the item is displayed as 'Available to Order'
We are experiencing some technical problems with our stock showing as 'In Stock' if the item you are purchasing is a 'Bronze' or 'Cold Cast Bronze sculpture it will be 'In Stock' and available for dleivery within 2-3 days.
If the item is displayed as 'Available to Order' we will confirm availability and give you an estimated delivery date. Delivery from our suppliers vary and can usually be 1 week however, items from overseas like Artisan House and Authentic Models can be up to 6 weeks depending on the item and availability. Some of our suppliers send directly to our customers, saving time and is dependent on availability of their stock.
Because of the demand of our items and lead time for delivery from the supplier, stock can run out - if you require the item quickly please email or call us to avoid disappointment. We always do our utmost to get the order to you as soon as we possibly can.
Some sculptures may be on display in one of our galleries, which means it may take time to obtain it from the gallery and have it checked and wrapped accordingly. We will notify you of any delays but if you require any urgent attention please contact us as soon as possible.
Delivery - How we ship our items
Small and Medium Sculpture
Please allow 3-5 days - Sent via DPD Next Day Delivery Service - You will be sent a text and/or email with details how you can track your order. You can also change the delivery slot, as well as leave the item in a safe place or with a neighbour. It is advisable to avoid leaving perishable goods outside.
Large and Fragile Sculpture
Please allow 3-5 days. For fragile items and Large Sculpture we use both DPD and TNT but may sometimes use a fragile carrier for orders within the UK. When your order has been confirmed with the courier, we will notify you of the delivery day. If we use a fragile courier, sometimes this can be between 2 days at busy times.
For international orders your sculpture will be sent via TNT. Please bear with us while we arrange for packing items. Usually this can take around 2-3 working days. Once the shipment is ready for dispatch you will be notified via email with tracking details.
Receiving Your Order
Missed Delivery
Missed Delivery If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day, or they will post a card to offer you a collection from a local collection point or re-delivery when convenient.

Refused Delivery
If you should refuse delivery of goods or are not available to accept the delivery on 1st and 2nd delivery attempt, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred
All quoted delivery prices and free delivery are for most UK addresses. Some areas will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays; morning and Saturday deliveries are optional depending on area and will also incur additional charges.

Large Pieces & High Value |
Large sized Art and Sculpture are sent via TNT or Fragile courier, sometimes we your order may be hand delivered by one of our staff. International orders are sent via TNT. We will arrange a suitable delivery date once we have processed your order. |
